The lessons themselves were fine, but the progress tracker made things way harder than it needed to be. It kept showing the wrong numbers or not counting work my kid had already finished, so I was constantly trying to figure out where they had actually left off. And it’s not even about needing everything to be perfect, I just needed a basic way to see what was done. I reached out to support too, but the response didn’t really help much.

I bought this for some extra practice. Thought it would help. But it didn’t really line up with what my kid was doing in class. Some stuff was too far ahead. Some stuff wasn’t there at all. It ended up making homework more confusing. We used it for a few weeks, then just stopped.

I don’t know, maybe I was expecting too much, but the explanations felt thin to me. I kept reading through them thinking there would be more detail or a clearer breakdown, and then it would just kind of stop. Maybe it works if you already understand the topic, but for me it didn’t go deep enough to feel that helpful

I asked for a refund and the replies have been really slow. I am still waiting and the money has not shown up yet. Frustrating honestly.

I had a frustrating time using argoprep.com. The site felt cluttered and confusing, and it took way longer than it should have just to find basic things. I really wanted the parent dashboard to work for me, but using it got frustrating fast. Assigning practice also took way more clicks than it should have. After a while, it started to feel like I was begging the system to give me basic information, which made me resentful.
